Thankyou for requesting the Transfer of Agency (TOA) form, we’re working on it.

The document will be sent to your email via Docusign, so you can sign online. Your appointed advisor will organise this (usually the same working day).

Once complete, we will locate your pension(s) and display on your MyPension dashboard, where you can view and manage your plans online, or via the App.
