Complete the Expression of Interest form. If you meet the qualifying criteria, an application form will then be sent on, along with the governance register and copies of our standards (as abridged below).
Data standards – the data formatting and GDPR handler requirements and display methods.
Technical (including API) standards – the requirements for how pension providers, schemes and banking apps interface with MyPension Connect including connectivity mechanisms and protocols for authorising the sharing of information.
Security standards – the technical and procedural standards to ensure security of the MyPension Connect ecosystem.
Operational standards – the operational processes participants must follow to connect to the MyPension Connect ecosystem and to maintain connection, including onboarding procedures, dispute management and escalation and service level failure protocols.
We’ll work with your technology deployment team or partner to provide the required customer data via the MyPension Connect API.
End-to-end user testing – undertake E2E user testing to ensure suitability and compatibility to your interface, whilst confirming the flow of data is maintained.
Begin technical deployment – integrate MyPension Connect and choose a deployment method that meets your business standards.
Go Live with MyPension Connect on your app – move code from the test environment to the production environment.
Stay connected – follow the MyPension Connect operational standards and stay connected to the ecosystem.
